We “nourish” Life
On 14th April 2023 @17h00 the Exhibition “Nourishing with Contemporary Art” will be inaugurated in the former Council Chamber of the Municipality of Filacciano.
The event will be opened in the presence of the Mayor Daniele Malpicci, the Councilor for Culture Simone Malatesta, the President of the Almatec Medical & Social Group for Filacciano, Dr. Aurelio Cannatà and the Artistic Director and creator of the project Simona Sarti.
Over the centuries, art has always played a fundamental role in witnessing the evolution of society; but, through the artists who have expressed themselves, it also performs a precious function of collector of emotions which, in everyday life, amalgamates feelings, with which it traces intimate paths making the thought evolve towards a “cultured” sensitivity …
In this exhibition the artists have taken as common module a traditional object, used in the kitchen for the food transformation process: the pot. An archaic means, fulcrum of the domestic tradition and sometimes considered “magic” (small pot, pot of gold, magic pot), facilitator of chemical-physical transformations.
A symbolic object made available to each participant, to prepare nourishment for the soul, to feed one’s sensitivity, to elaborate and assimilate, day after day, the art of our time.
A unique and precious “nourishment” of all senses through these contemporary works of art.
At the end of the itinerary, the visitor will surely come out enriched, stimulated by so many cultural tastes, enriched in his nourishment for beauty, hungrier for more knowledge.
